Sapphire Hospice was founded in 2021 on a simple but powerful belief: that the final chapter of life is just as important as every chapter before it, and that families navigating this time deserve a provider who genuinely cares, responds quickly, and treats their loved one with the dignity they deserve.
We are a locally owned, family-operated hospice organization based in Tempe, Arizona. We are not a corporation. We are a team of people who chose this work because it matters, and who show up every day because our patients and families deserve nothing less.
