Sapphire Hospice provides bereavement support to families for 13 months following a loss, the period covered under the Medicare Hospice Benefit, and we will always help connect you to ongoing community resources beyond that. Our social workers and bereavement team are trained to meet families wherever they are in their grief journey.
Regular Check-In Calls
